Hello

You think a lot. And you think deeply.

But what most people call “overthinking” is rarely just thinking. It’s often a pattern that started earlier, formed through experience, pressure, or emotional adaptation at the time.

And even though life has moved on, those patterns don’t always update at the same pace. So they show up in the present.

In hesitation.
In second-guessing.
In the gap between knowing and acting.

From the outside, you’re functioning. But on the inside, something feels less stable than it should.

This is where my work begins.

Using the SKC Method™ (Self → Knowledge → Clarity), I help people understand how their past has shaped internal patterns that are still active today, and rebuild the way they think, decide, and respond, so their present is no longer led by what happened before. Because when you can see the pattern clearly, you stop confusing it with who you are.

And that changes everything.

The past doesn’t stay in the past.

It shows up in how you think, decide, and live.

I work with people who are no longer in the past—but are still being run by it.

I help people understand:

  • How past experiences shaped their internal patterns

  • Why those patterns are still active

  • How those patterns show up now (overthinking, hesitation, emotional inconsistency, self-doubt)

  • And how to stop those patterns from controlling their present

What feels like overthinking today is often a pattern that formed earlier, when uncertainty had consequences.

How to Choose

If you’re unsure where to start, that’s completely normal.

A simple way to think about it:

  • If your main focus is goals, decisions, and direction → Coaching

  • If something feels emotionally unresolved or difficult to process → Counselling

  • If you notice repeating internal patterns affecting multiple areas of your life → SKC Method™

Or we can clarify this together.
